目標:探討都會社區內不同性質職場的員工過勞現象分析,及研究執行之困難。
方法:本研究是由台北市某社區八家職場員工採取自主參與,共有143位員工完成調查
(完成率143/180=79.4%)。以員工自填問卷調查為資料來源,包括「哥本哈根過勞量表」(「個
人過勞」與「工作過勞」兩個分量表)做為測量過勞的工具,也同時詢問其他資料,包括個
人生活習慣、憂鬱、失眠狀況、自評健康狀況、工時、收入、年資、教育程度、婚姻狀況
等。利用描述性統計、t檢定、ANOVA、scheffe進行事後檢定、及皮爾森相關係數進行資料
分析。結果:本研究共收集72(50.4%)名男性及71(49.6%)名女性資料,中度以上的個人過勞
佔7.9%,工作過勞高達23.2 %。個人過勞及工作過勞與憂鬱得分及失眠有高度正相關(>
0.6);憂鬱與失眠有高度正相關性(0.62)。並發現在年資5-10年、10-15年及年資≧20年時,
過勞程度、憂鬱、失眠狀況低,自評健康得分高。對於沒有運動習慣的員工需要特別注意
工作過勞的情況。結論:社區職場健康營造是未來的健康促進的執行重點,本研究以社區
為基礎,針對不同工作性質的單位進行過勞的分析,希望找出高危險群,提供職場健康促
進方向。同時提出研究執行過程中,所遭遇的勞資雙方的疑慮,可能將導致目前過勞問題
被低估。

英文摘要

Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate the risk factors of burnout level in
community workplace with different job character. The difficulty to enforce of this study was
discussed in this paper. Methods: The study included eight community workplaces in Taipei
city. Total of 143 self-participation employees completed the study (completion rate of 143/180
= 79.4%). Self-rated questionnaires were collected, including the Copenhagen Burnout
Inventory ("Personal burnout" and "Work burnout”) as a measure tool of burnout status, and also
collected other information, including personal habits, depression, insomnia, self-rated health
status, working hours, income, seniority, education level, and marital status. Use of
descriptive statistics, t test, ANOVA, Scheffe post hoc test and Pearson correlation coefficients
were used for data analysis. Results: 72 (50.4%) males and 71 (49.6%) women were
included in our study. Moderate personal burnout and work burnout accounted for 7.9% and
23.2%, respectively. Personal burnout and work burnout have a highly positive correlation with
depression scores, and insomnia (> 0.6); depression and insomnia have a high degree of
positive correlation (0.62). Seniority of 5-10 years and 10-15 years, and more than 20 years,
the condition of burnout, depression, and insomnia were low, the self-rated health score was
high. Staff who had no exercise habit will be needed to pay special attention to the burnout
condition from this study result. Conclusion: Community workplace health promotion is one of
the implementation of health promotion in the future direction of this study. This study collected
the community-based burnout analysis of the different character of the workplace. We hope
this study can help to find out the high risk of burnout employee and set up the health
promotion strategy direction. We also mentioned the difficulty to enforce in this study, these
concerns may lead to burnout problems may be undervalued.
