在雄性哺乳動物中,腦下腺前葉分泌促黃體素作用在睪丸曲細精管間的萊氏細胞上,與細胞膜上專一接受器結合後,會活化細胞內第二傳訊者,進而引起一連串的訊號反應而生成睪酮。本文以"下視丘-腦下腺-睪丸軸腺"綜述、雄性類固醇激素的合成與分泌之調控、雄性類固醇激素分泌之細胞內作用機轉、及其生理作用,提供讀者對雄性類固醇激素的生合成及生理作用之基礎瞭解,期望能提供創新的思維,應用於未來之研究。
In male mammals, testosterone is producted in the testicular interstitial space after stimulation by luteinizing hormone (LH) released from the anterior pituitary gland. When LH combines with its receptor in the Leydig cells to activate the 2nd messenger, and then induces a cascade reactions. This review makes an introduction for "hypothalamuic- pituitary-testis axis", to discuss the androgen production and secretion, the mechanism of androgen action and physiology. We hope to provide some informations for the readers to understand the biosynthesis and regulation of androgen and to create new idea in the future studies.
