本文主要在探討一位初次懷孕32週婦女因子宮早期收縮住院安胎之護理經驗。筆者於民國98年12月10日至99年1月4日護理期間，運用觀察、會談、身體評估等技巧評估個案生理、心理、社會及靈性層面，發現有1.焦慮2.舒適型態改變3.健康尋求行為等三項主要健康問題。藉由監測及維護個案與胎兒安全、滿足基本生理需要及身體舒適、提供安胎的相關資訊等方式，增進個案自我照顧的知識與能力。除了隨時給予心理支持，減輕內心憂慮外，也提供家庭支持與經驗分享等各種護理措施，幫助個案、胎兒及整個家庭達到各方面的適應並渡過早產危機，順利返家。

This article describes an caring experience for a woman of her first pregnancy who was hospitalized due to early uterus contraction. Between December 10th 2009 and January 4th 2010, the author used skills of observation, interview, physical assessment to collect data in physical, psychological, social and spiritual domains. Three major health problems were found: anxiety, changes of comfort status, and health seeking behaviors. The client's knowledge and ability of self-care was improved by means of monitoring and maintaining safety of clients and her baby, meeting her basic physical needs and comfort, and providing information of tocolysis. In addition, the author also provided nursing interventions such as mental support to eliminate anxiety, family support and experience sharing to help the client, baby and family achieve adaption, and help them go through the crisis of premature labor.
