《熱河內屬中國及行宮駐防始末記》是關於熱河地方史的滿文筆記，而且過去為學界所忽視。本文首先對該書的成書經過加以介紹。接著對該書的滿文加以轉寫成羅馬拼音，並與漢文相互對照，以核對滿、漢文異同。最後，對本書佐以官書、檔案做對應，並論述該書的價值。

History of China’s Sovereignty over Rehe and the Eight Banner Garrisons at Summer Palace is a historical notebook in Manchurian language about local history of Rehe, which has been neglected by scholars in the past decades. This article intended to introduce the process of the creation of this historical notebook. Besides, the article providesd the translation of the original Manchurian text by making comparisons to the Chinese version of the text. Last, this article discussed the relevance between the Manchurian text and the Official Historical Documents, and its value in historical research.
