本研究以平衡計分卡建構藥妝業供應鏈管理績效評估系統，本研究對象共計兩群，第一群為台灣藥妝業的供應鏈夥伴，第二群為台灣藥妝業連鎖店的營業主管以及平衡計分卡領域學者專家。本研究以平衡計分卡為理論基礎，經文獻探討法、問卷調查以及分析層級程序法進行實證分析，歸納出數點供應鏈管理績效評估系統績效指標，以平衡計分卡衡量探討台灣藥妝業策略實施後是否有效達成企業目標與願景。並根據分析層級程序法探討平衡計分卡4 大構面的重視程度。本研究結果顯示台灣藥妝業在供應鏈管理之衡量構面所著重的順序為顧客構面、內部流程構面、學習與成長構面、財務構面。

The purpose of this study is to construct a supply chain management performance evaluation system for drugstore industry in Taiwan by using balanced scorecard. Two groups of object are selected to be our objects of this study: First one is the supply chain partners of drugstore. Second one is the managers of drugstore industry and experts of balanced scorecard. After literature review, the applied questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process is used to find the performance indexes of the supply chain management performance measurement systems. Balanced scorecard is used to measure the performance after their conducting strategic management. Finally, AHP method is applied to investigate the importance of four perspectives of balanced scorecard. The results from the AHP method and the synthesizing of 15 experts’ opinions have shown the following rankings in order of importance: customer perspective; internal process perspective; learning and growth perspective and financial perspective.
