王念孫是清代傑出的校勘學家、訓詁學家，他對先秦、秦漢古籍的研究成 果，至今仍普遍爲學者肯定與採用。目前研究王氏之學的論著雖多，研究範圍 卻長期局限在《廣雅疏證》、《讀書雜志》等幾部已經刊刻的著作上，難有突 破。上海圖書館館藏王念孫的《管子》校本，直接反映了王氏校治《管子》的 成果。本文首次介紹了校本原書的實態，並以原書比照《管子雜志》，發現當 中有344條材料未經《雜志》載錄，亟待研究。校本主要的內容是校勘文字和 訓釋詞句，本文以新見材料，從校勘、訓詁兩方面探論校本的價値，藉以總結 王氏研究《管子》的實績。我們認爲校本的校釋大多信實可從，它爲我們提供 了一個比較近實可靠的本子，幫助我們更準確理解《管子》及尹知章《注》， 同時又爲我們提供了研究王念孫《管子》之學的第一手材料。

Wang Nian-Sun is an outstanding Qing scholar of textual criticism and semantics; his studies on pre-Qin, Qin and Han ancient texts have been widely acknowledged and adopted by scholars to this day. However many people investigate the great scholar’s studies, the research materials so far have been limited to the ones that have been published, such as the Guangyashuzheng and the Dushuzazhi. This paper introduces Wang"s block-printed edition of the Guanzi, which is one of his collated works preserved in the Shanghai Library now, and compares it with his Guanzizazhi. It is found that 344 entries of the book are not included in the Guanzizazhip which makes a complete review necessary. Taking the full contents of the newly discovered materials into account, this paper attempts to evaluate the work’s significance in textual criticism and semantics. As a first-hand material, this reliable edition helps readers to comprehend the Guanzi and Yin Zhi-Zhang’s annotations and to research into Wang’s scholarship of the Guanzi more accurately.
