物料管理在製造業的營運過程中，扮演著相當重要的角色。而在物料管理中，存貨管理更顯其相對重要性，其中安全庫存、再訂購點及訂購量皆為存貨管制的主要核心問題。然而，實務上由於全年需求量與前置時間的模糊性或不確定性，導致需決定全年需求量與前置時間的明確數值並不容易，所以本文擬將全年需求量與前置時間予以模糊化，並提出在模糊觀點下之存貨模式以決定其最佳的再訂購點、訂購量及總成本。最後，並以數值範例比較存貨模式在全年需求量與前置時間同時為固定參數與模糊化下之再訂購點的差異性。\n

In the manufacturing business behaviors, the material management is a rather important part. In the material management, the inventory control is an obviously important problem, such as the safe stock, re-order point and the order quantity all play an important role in the inventory control.Furthermore, in the real world¸ this variables are uncertainty and vague, even impossible clearly estimated. Therefore, we will fuzzy the demand rate and the lead time in our models. And the objective of this article will investigate the optimal re-order point, order quantity and total cost in fuzzy sense. To illustrate our provided models some examples
are given and compare the difference with the Economic order quantity (EOQ) model.
