本文應用LabVIEW建立一套LED晶片溫度自動量測系統,利用LED的電壓與溫度之特性關係,推算LED晶片之溫度,並實際運用在分析LED燈具在自然對流與強制對流情況下之晶片溫度。結合Ansoft電腦輔助設計軟體模擬高功率LED模型,依據不同順向電流的設定,快速進行LED晶片溫度(TJ)評估。透過量測數據結合模擬資料,架構完善溫度分析與預先評估系統,可進一步發展相關封裝、散熱設計及驅動電路最佳化。
This paper applies LabVIEW to establish a set of automatic LED chip temperature, uses characteristic relations between voltage and temperature of LED to calculate the temperature of LED chip, and actually utilizes and analyzes the chip temperature of LED lamps and lights under natural convection and forced convection circumstances. In addition, this paper applies Ansoft computer aided design software to simulate temperature of high power LED chip and implement pre-assessment for temperature (TJ) of LED chip.
