Fuzzy differential equation is a useful tool to model a dynamical system when information about its behavior is inadequate. Different from previous works, we consider a type of fuzzy differential eqution driven by Liu process. Furthermore, we provide and prove a new existence and uniqueness theorem for fuzzy differential equations under Lipschitz condition and linear growth condition.
