專利分類號足畀利檢索時最常使用的方式之一，例如International Patent Classification (IPC)或 United States Patent Classification (UPC)是專利
系統中敁常見的技術分類系統，但是使用[PC或UPC的分類結果進行產業 專利分析時，分析結果仍然無法有效地適應+同的產業技術特性。雖然目 前有部分學者提出新的專利分類方法，但仍然忽略了科學引文在技術分析的重要性。本研究採文件探勘來萃取科學文獻中的關鍵字詞，並發展 出創新的技術分類系統。本研究的主要創新有三：第一、分類系統是透過 產業特定領域專利群之現實為基礎；第二、分類系統是根據企業在基礎科 學研究上的科學關鍵字為基礎；第三、透過文件探勘技術，建立起快速分 析企業、專利與科學文獻間之動態關係，進而更有效追蹤產學研究的最新動態。
英文摘要
Patent classification is the most used method in the patent analysis such as the International Patent Classification (IPC) and United States Patent Classification (UPC). However the IPC and UPC are different to the industrial technology. This paper uses the scientific references to propose a new patent classification system. The main innovations are 1. The classification system is built on the basis of industrial practice and reality; 2. The classification is based on the scientific keywords; 3. The process is efficient for analyzing the dynamic of patent and science through text mining.
