  本研究主要目的是在探究幼兒教師與家長之間的衝突經驗,採質性研究方法,以立意取樣選取台北縣市八位公私立幼稚園和托兒所老師進行深度訪談。研究發現:幼兒教師感受到與家長之間產生衝突的原因分別為溝通上的困擾、管教問題上的爭議、缺乏體諒與尊重,以及生活照顧方面的落差等。在面對親師衝突時有些幼兒教師會積極尋求解決,有些則只是消極避免衝突再發生,也有教師會尋求協助。影響幼兒教師選擇因應方式的因素主要是園所的經營理念、主管的態度以及家長的反應,而衝突的經驗則對教師有正面與負面的影響。

英文摘要

  The purpose of this study was to explore early childhood teachers’ experience of parent-teacher conflicts. In order to achieve the purpose, this study used a qualitative approach and selected 8 teachers of public or private early childhood institutions in Taipei city and county. In-depth interviews were conducted to collect data. Findings indicated that parent-teacher conflicts early childhood teachers experienced were ineffective communication, dispute over educating children, lack of consideration and respect, and difference in taking care of children. When facing the conflict, some teachers resolved the problems actively, some just tried to avoid, and a few asked for others’ help. Relative factors affecting early childhood teachers to choose handling strategies were beliefs of managing institutions, leadership style of the director, and parents’ response. And the experience of conflicts had the positive and also the negative influence to teachers.
