本研究目的在探討民宿消費者滿意度,不同背景消費者在民宿滿意度之差異與滿意度構面之相關,本研究以立意取樣418 位消費者為對象。以百分比、單因子變異數及皮爾森績差相關作資料分析,得出結果消費者對民宿的滿意度以服務、環境設備為最佳,衛生安全與供餐品質需要提升;民宿業者需對教育程度在國中及高中、有生旅遊次數6次以上、每月收入在20,001-40,000 元,中部與東部的消費者加強宣導。研究發現服務、環境設備、衛生安全及供餐品質呈正相關,故業者在民宿經營時要注意好的服務,隨時更新設備,提升衛生安全與供餐品質。
This study aims to investigate bed & breakfast consumer satisfaction and its effect on different consumer backgrounds. A sample of 500 consumers based on purposeful sampling strategy was used. One-way ANOVA and percentage were used to analyze the data. The results of this study show that the consumers perceived service and facilities of bed & breakfast the most satisfaction factors while sanitation and food quality were considered further improvement. For those bed & breakfast owners, with educational levels of junior and senior high school, six or more traveling experiences, monthly income between 20,001 and 40,000, and location in the mid and east of Taiwan, should greatly improve their consumer satisfaction.
