本研究旨在探討托兒所教保人員對老人態度與參與服務行為意向之關係，以自編「托兒所教保人員對老人態度與參與服務行為意向」調查問卷為研究工具，研究對象為台北市公立及公設民營托兒所教保人員，計取得有效問卷379 份。針對調查所得資料，分別以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。研究結果顯示托兒所教保人員對老人態度整體趨於低度正向；托兒所教保人員對老人參與服務行為意向整體趨於正向；不同個人背景變項對老人態度及參與服務行為意向有差異；托兒所教保人員對老人態度與對老人參與服務行為意向有顯著正相關；托兒所教保人員對老人態度會影響對老人參與服務行為意向。根據本研究結果，建議對於托兒所人員未來培育計畫能強化對老人的互動經驗及運用老人推動代間方案與服務，以做為幼兒與老人接觸的平台。

　　This study’s main purpose is to understand the relation between the child care workers toward their elderly attitude and involvement intention. The study used a questionnaire survey to collect the data. Questionnaires were used with the child care workers in public and contracting-out of statutory in Taipei. There were 379 valid questionnaires collected. The data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVAs, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis, and the main results were as follows：The attitude of the child care workers toward their elderly was with the overall positive trend in general, though some negative was also observed. The child care workers toward their elderly involvement intention, was with the overall trend of positive. Different personal background variables of the child care workers toward their elderly attitude and involvement intention are different. The child care workers toward their elderly attitude and involvement intention have a significant positive correlation. The attitude of the child care workers toward their elderly will affect the child care workers toward their elderly involvement intention.
　　According to the findings above, suggestions are proposed for the child care workers, and government officials by further providing training programs to promote the use of intergenerational programs and services to children and the elderly as a platform for contacts.
