  服裝生產業面對全球化競爭衝擊下,每一客戶總期望著他們的訂單符合特殊品質標準,對於「合身性」服裝之生產環境改變,使得傳統生產操作模式受到嚴峻挑戰。然而,現行服裝生產工廠仍停留在師傅個人以往之生產經驗,在「合身性」版型建構技術、縫製工序流程規劃與安排上時常遭遇瓶頸,以致於影響到生產進度與品質掌控,這都是造成現今生產流程管理上的困難度。本研究透過「合身性」版型的建構技術與生產流程管理之關係,建立以「服裝技術領導(Apparel Technical Leadership, ATL)」為主軸的生產流程管理操作模式,進行「合身性」版型與縫製工序流程的再造,縮短整體服裝生產時程,達到最佳化訂單合併技術與生產線延伸之目的,特別是對於小數量且多樣化之流行性款式,找出解決方法提供合身性服裝生產工廠在未來的操作模式上有實質的貢獻與助益。

英文摘要

  While the apparel industry is facing the impact of global competition, each customer has always expected their orders to meet specific quality standards; with the changing environment of producing fitted garment, the mode of traditional operation is facing severe challenges. However, the existing production facilities have still remained in skilled workers’ past manufacturing experience, therefore the fitted pattern design techniques, the planning and arrangements of sewing operation process often run into bottlenecks, which are not only affecting production scheduling and quality control, but are also causing difficulties to the current production process management. This research was accomplished through the relation of “fitted” pattern design techniques and the production process management, established an “Apparel Technical Leadership, ATL” as the key operation made to carry out the reengineering of fitted pattern design techniques and sewing operation process. In order to shorten overall production lead time, the optimization of order consolidation technology and production linear extension are the purpose of this research effort, especially for small quantities, diversification of fashion styles, finding out the solutions to provide factories, which produce the fitted garment, will have significant contributions and benefits in the future mode of operation.
