篇名 以不同方法評估接受胸部電腦斷層掃描檢查病患之有效劑量比較

並列篇名 Computed Tomography (CT) is the advanced technique from X-ray in medical examinations. CT becomes more important and frequently used in modern diagnostic techniques. It offer the effective diagnosis for lesion and pathology, anyhow, it also delivered the radiation dose to patients. The purpose of this research is to compare the evaluated effective doses from different methods for patients whom were performed the chest CT examination. Two methods including using a Rando phantom put thermoluminescent dosimeter (TLD) chips inside the organs, and using CT dose index (CTDI) phantom put ion chamber inside were performed to obtain the comparison result of effective dose between these methods.

中文摘要

醫用輻射曝露一直以來是公眾接受輻射劑量的主要來源,約占人為輻射曝露量的90%,其中電腦斷層檢查(computed tomography,簡稱CT)又占了醫用輻射劑量45%以上,所以對於因電腦斷層檢查時患者所接受輻射劑量之評估與防護是當前最為重要的課題。CT 在臨床醫學診斷應用的次數愈來頻繁,病患接受電腦斷層檢查時所接受的輻射劑量也格外受到重視。本研究針對16 切與64 切之胸部CT 掃描,利用熱發光劑量計佈於侖道假人體內模擬病患接受CT 掃描檢查以及CT 假體評估CT 劑量指標(CT dose index,簡稱CTDI)方法,分別評估病患之有效劑量,並將結果進行比較分析。
