中文摘要

本研究目的為測量不同能量的光子射束、機頭角度、照野大小經過碳纖維床板不同區域所造成劑量的誤差。主要針對Synergy®()(Elekta()Oncology()Systems,()Crawley,()UK)的碳纖維治療床板進行區域性的劑量量測。結果顯示在碳纖維床板四個區域中,以區域二、機頭角度110°、照野大小5cm×5cm()時之劑量影響程度最為明顯,約為31.5%。本研究結果建議臨床放射線治療時,照射的範圍以區域四內做為參考。未來臨床醫療人員進行擺位時若無法避免此區域,則可能造成劑量的誤差值大於ICRU()第24()號報告中建議的劑量準則±5%,嚴重程度將影響放射線治療成效。周志成李桂樑()林招膨陳秋萍()吳思遠()李欣倫()楊友華

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to measure the photon beams of different energy, gantry angle, field size after carbon fiber couch different area caused by differences in dose, to explore clinical radiotherapy If you accidentally fall into the extent of this area on the dose effect. This study focuses on the carbon fiber couch Synergy ® (Elekta Oncology Systems, Crawley, UK) for the regional dose measurement. The results are presented in carbon fiber couch four area, Area II, the angle of 110 °, the dose according the wild size 5cmx5cm when impact about 31.5%. The results are presented if you accidentally fall into the areas of error will cause the dose within ± 5% greater than the recommended dose in the ICRU 24 report guidelines may seriously affect the effectiveness of radiation therapy. The scope of this study suggests that clinical radiation therapy irradiation in the region IV is the safest.
