本研究目的為了解應屆護專畢業生成為臨床護理人員第一年的工作經驗。以縱貫性質性研究作經驗探討，採立意取樣方式，收案共有15位護理人員參與，自行分為兩個焦點團體，各自於進入臨床之第3、6、12個月分別進行三次的訪談。資料被轉錄成文本並以描述性內容分析法分析。結果發現成為護士的第一年經驗涵蓋四個主題，包括『害怕、焦慮與自我懷疑』、『多重任務挑戰』、『調整與因應』及『回饋與收穫』。本研究結果可提供給護理教育者、管理者與研究者更加了解護理人員第一年的工作經驗，並提供臨床護理人員訓練與輔導以及護理人力留任策略等議題之實務參考。

The purpose of this paper was to understand the first year experience of being a nurse among graduated junior nursing college students. A longitudinal, qualitative approach was used to investigate the experience. A purposive sample of 15 nursing staffs was recruited and took part in 3 times focus group interviews at their 1st, 2nd and 3rd working practicum. The data were transcribed and analyzed using descriptive content analysis. It was found that the first year experience of being a nurse has four themes including “fear, anxiety and self-doubt”, “multiple task challenges”, “adjustment and coping” and “feedback and reward.” The finding provided information for nursing educators, administrators and researchers to better understand the experience, and further offered a reference for developing future strategies of clinical nurses training, consultation and retention.
