本文描述一位53 歲初診斷肺癌末期患者，因染上酗酒習慣，酒後常對案妻女有失控行為，導致無人照顧。筆者於2010 年3 月20 日至4 月13 日護理期間透過Gordon 十ㄧ項功能性健康評估，藉由觀察、會談、身體評估及病歷查閱等方式收集資料，發現個案有營養少於身體所需、照顧者角色緊張、焦慮及低效性呼吸型態等健康問題。照護過程以Watson 理論為基礎，與個案及家屬建立良好的關係及信任感，並與營養師共同討論個案可接受之適合的營養計畫，改善個案營養狀態，並適時關心其需求，提供舒適護理，以減輕個案生理不適感；對於罹癌過程，則以傾聽、引導及生命回顧等護理措施，透過家庭會議提供醫療照護，進而協助個案及家屬面對疾病末期的事實，引導個案坦承面對內心擔憂與焦慮，並讓家屬拋下成見，協助後續照顧，完成個案返家心願，期望藉此護理經驗做為日後照顧此類患者之參考。

This article describes a nursing experience of a patient suffering from 53-year-old alcoholic patient who being end-stage cancer diagnoses. Using Gordon's 11 Functional Health Patterns and through observations, interviews, health assessment and case reports searching from March 20th. To April 13th. 2010, it found several problems which included less-nutrition, caregiver role strain and anxiety, also ineffective breathing pattern, etc. During the care period, applying Watson’s Caring Theory and disscussing with nutrition for proper nutrition plan to mitigate the case’s illness. Within family meetings to provide related medical information, make a trust relationship with family to release their worries and anxiety. Finally, the writer persuaded the family into dispelling prejudices for the present and into being willing to take care of the patient, and then accomplished the case’s desire for returning home, hope this finding of the study would give suggestion for day-caring on the similar type patients.
