本文為照顧頸脊髓損傷年輕男性之護理經驗。個案因外傷致肢體活動功能改變，住院期間個案及家屬對於復健成效不如預期而感到焦慮，以及家屬對於照護個案的意願不佳，因而產生家庭衝突。筆者於2010年11月26日至2011年1月3日護理期間，以超連結系統理論為評估工具，確立個案有身體活動功能障礙、潛在危險性感染、無望感及家庭因應失能等健康問題。照護時以個別性的護理過程，連結脊髓損傷個案及家屬，以同理的態度與個案及家屬建立治療性人際關係，並強化家庭支持系統；轉介成功病友讓個案以正向的態度面對疾病；連結跨專業復健小組人員共同擬訂肢體復健計劃；連結社區轉介社會資源，出院後仍持續以電話訪問追蹤個案復健運動實施現況，有效地讓個案調適身體外觀變化並適應新的生活型態，家庭成員也能共同協助個案返家後的後續照顧，達到社會參與與家庭重整目的。

This study provides the experience of nursing a young man who has cervical spinal cord injury resulted in the impaired physical mobility; both the patient and his families feel not only anxious but also hopeless because of the ineffective recovery in the hospital. Moreover, the conflict arises from different opinions within the family members about the issue of nursing. The nursing period started from 26th of November, 2010 and ended on the 3rd of January, 2011. The super-link system theory is used as the evaluation tool to carry out this study and to confirm the patient, who not only has the impaired physical mobility and potential risk of infection, but also encounter the problem of hopelessness and of disabled family coping on the patient’s families. Thus, based on this individual case, the nursing procedures are established not only to enhance the family support systems, but also to introduce other patients who has similar problems but successful receives the treatment, to encourage the patent and his families. Moreover, the rehabilitation plan is also set up by referring the professional physical therapists. Furthermore, the health recovery plan is conducted and followed up via phone calls, to understand the patient’s condition of receiving physiotherapy. It is expected that the patient can adapt to his physical change and restart his new life together his families, especially in the follow-up care, to accelerate and achieve the integration between the society and family resilience toward the patient.
