現代資訊的普及化現象,特別在網路工具的推波助瀾之下,資訊接收者的方便性與 資訊提供者的生產性大幅提升,促使得整個資訊環境更趨於透明且循環快速。但是這種 被動思考的現象或生活模式容易使人習於形式而逐漸失去判斷能力。團隊的整體創造力 也會因此受到限制。因此,培養掌握整體資訊環境與主動對應的能力,以及理解資訊脈 絡與未來趨勢的能力,不能只是消極地仰賴單向的資訊傳播,積極且雙向的「設計思考」 將更為重要。本研究透過教學課程的活動規劃,在以培養美學素養為基礎的大學通識課 程之中,導入促進生活思考的創意活動。研究方法以準實驗法與問卷調査為主,並使用 因素分析、典型相關等分析方法加以驗證,探討設計思考力與團隊創造力特質的構成因 素,以及兩者之間的相關性。本研究發現,設計思考力的特質因素包含:縝密性、計畫 性、完成性、創新性、周詳性與糸統性;團隊創造力的特質因素包含:目標導向、溝通 關係、融合關係與創新資源•’而且,設計思考力、團隊創造力與創作成果有高度相關。 希冀本研究之成果能為今後的通識或設計相關領域之教學內容及課程設計,提供符合時 代與社會需求的發展方向,以利於後續建構連結產學資源,創造彼此共榮共存的創意思考平台。

英文摘要

Nowadays information is pervasive. Particularly with the strong function of the Internet, the accessibility of information recipient and the productivity of information supplier have greatly improved. It makes the whole information environment more transparent and the recycling more fast. However, the passive thinking or life pattern will make people easily get used to formality and gradually people may lose judgment capability. The overall creativity of a team could be restrained, too. Therefore, to nurture the capability of keeping abreast of information environment, the capability of active responding and the capability of knowing information development and trend, merely negatively depending on single-direction communication is not enough. A pro-active and bilateral “design thinking” is more important. Through the activity planning of educational classes, for the general knowledge courses designed to nurture aestheticism in university, the study has introduced creative activities which help stimulate life thinking. The methodology is mainly the quasi-experimental method and questionnaire survey. We used Factor Analysis and Canonical Correlation Analysis to do verification. Furthermore we explored the composition elements of design thinking, team creativity and the correlation between these two.
In this study, we found that feature factors of design thinking include discreetness, planning, completeness, creativity, comprehensiveness and systematism. The feature factors of team creativity include target-orientation, communication, minglement and innovation resources. There is high correlation between design thinking, team creativity and performance result. We hope that this study is an innovation thinking platform for educational contents, course design about general knowledge or any area related to design that may provide a timely development direction in combining resources from industries and academy.
