時值學前教育場域推行幼托整合變革之際,教師既為教學之核心人物, 亦是肩負組織變革的要角,其工作滿意度更值得令人重視。本研究旨在探討學 前教育機構推動組織變革型態與教職員工作滿意度之關聯性,以新竹市公私 立幼兒園教職員為研究對象,共計回收有效問卷311份。資料分析顯示整體知 覺教職員組織變革型態和工作滿意度間具有顯著低度正向相關與線性關係。 最後,研究者提出具體實務建議以作為未來學前教育機構執行組織變革與實施提升教師工作滿意度策略時之參考。

英文摘要

Given the recent promotion on the merger of daycare centers and kindergartens in the field of pre-school education, teachers not only play an essential part but also carry the torch for the successful organizational change in this regard. Speaking of which, how teachers fare their own job satisfaction remains a topic that needs further attention. The purpose of this study then investigated the correlation of organizational change in pre-school institutions and teachers’ job satisfaction. Participants were teachers recruited from both public and private kindergartens in Hsin-chu, Taiwan. The number of valid questionnaires used for data analysis was 311. The findings were as follows. First, there was a significant difference of the types of institutions and salary range on individual perception on organizational change. Secondly, there was a significantly positive and linear correlation between organizational change and teachers’ job satisfaction. At the end, the researcher provided some concrete suggestions on how to implement organizational change in pre-school institutions in the near future and simultaneously enhance teachers’ job satisfaction.
