中文摘要

在資訊化與全球化的浪潮下,整體社會環境的變遷十分快速,有效的知識領 導,才能為學校教育的創新與績效帶來變革成長的力量,也才能提昇整體學校的競 爭力。本研究旨在探討新竹縣、新竹市、桃園縣國民中小學校長知識領導與學校創 新經營效能之現況,並檢視校長知識領導對學校創新經營效能之影響。本研究採 用問卷調査法,以國民中小學教育人員為研究對象,並以隨機抽樣方式抽取852位 教育人員進行施測。研究結果發現:(一)國民中小學校長知識領導之現況良好; (二)國民中小學學校創新經營效能之現況良好;以及(三)校長知識領導對學校 創新經營效能有顯著正向影響。

英文摘要

Under the tides of informatization and globalization, the overall social environment is changing fast. Only effective knowledge leadership can bring about the power of change and growth to school education innovation and performance, thus to improve the overall competitiveness of the schools. This study aims to investigate the current situations of principals’ knowledge leadership and school innovation management effectiveness in primary and secondary schools across Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City and Taoyuan County. Besides, it further surveys the influence of principals’ knowledge leadership on the school innovation management effectiveness. The survey objects were the primary and secondary education personnel. The questionnaire method was employed, and the random sampling was conducted among 852 educators. The results showed: (1) Principals’ knowledge leadership is in good condition; (2) School innovation management effectiveness is in good condition. (3) Principals,knowledge leadership has a significant and positive impact on school innovation management Effectiveness.
