學校組織績效為學校組織的整體實際表現,也就是在各個學校組織構面上的表 現,組織績效良好的學校,不僅能滿足各個利害關係人的需求或要求,與社區及週 邊環境良好互動,同時能達成教育目標並使學校永續發展。本文以十二位國小教師 為研究對象,進行焦點團體訪談,研究發現「校長」是學校組織績效的關鍵因素。
School organization performance means the whole actual performance of school. A school which has good performance is not only meet members’ need or the request, has good interaction with the community, but also achieve the educational goal and continual development. This article take 12 primary school teachers as the participants of study, carries on the focus group interview, and discovered that headteacher is the key person of school performance.
