本研究旨在探討國中導師領導風格與學生組織公民行為之差異與關係。為有 效達成研究目的,本研究採問卷調査法,針對臺中縣各公私立國民中學進行施測, 共發放1,250份問卷,回收1,143份問卷,剔除無效問卷27份,實得有效樣本1,116 份,有效回收率為89.28%,進而以t檢定、ANOVA、典型相關分析、多元逐步迴 歸等統計方法,考驗各研究假設。具體而言,本研究結果為: 1.不同個人或學校背景變項的國中生在知覺導師領導風格的程度上,有部份顯著 差異存在。 2.不同個人或學校背景變項的國中生於學生組織公民行為表現上,有部份顯著差 異存在。 3.導師領導風格與學生組織公民行為之間呈高度正相關。 4.不同個人或學校背景變項與導師領導風格,對學生組織公民行為表現具有預測力。

英文摘要

The purpose of this research was to investigate the difference between the style of leadership of junior high school teachers and the citizenship behavior of students in the organizational. In order to achieve the purpose, the research started with setting up a complete theoretical foundation of advisors’ transactional leadership, students^ organizational citizenship behavior and questionnaire survey method is used in this research. Form the 1,250 questionnarie sent out, 1,143 were returned, 27 invalid were deducted and 1,116 were usable data for a response rate of 89.28%。The research was examined based on t-test,one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation analysis and hierarchical multiple regression to each hypothesis. Following are study findings:
1. Different personal background variables and school background variables that the level of students’ cognition in teachers,transactional leadership and transformational leadership is significant differences .
2. Different personal background variables and school background variables that the level of students’ organizational citizenship behavior is significant differences .
3. Teachers’ transfornational leadership and students’ organizational citizenship behavior has great interrelation.
4. We can partially predict students,citizenship behavior in organizational with their background variables and cognition of teachers’ transactional leadership and transformational leadership.
