本報告主要從國中教學現場談融合教育,包含:一、組織與行政的運作。二、 個別化教育計畫(IEP)與課程教學的實施。三、輔導與轉銜的落實。四、師資與 研習的提供。五、經費與設備的運用。六、團隊與資源的整合。學校是一個生命共 同體,「優質的行政」是融合教育的領航者,更是融合教育成功不可或缺的重要 因素。唯有以學生的需要為中心,為學生的整體發展尋找出路,相信「我變故我 在」,不斷的追求卓越,不斷的提昇教師專業,以創新的思維,透過跨專業的資源 整合,突破教學困境,永遠堅持融合教育的理想,方能許孩子一個美麗的未來。

英文摘要

This report mainly the teaching scene discusses the fusion education from the country, contains one, organization and administration’s operation. Second, individualizing education program (IEP) and curriculum teaching implementation. Third, counselling and the extension hold realization. Fourth, teachers and thorough study provision. Fifth, funds and equipment’s utilization. Sixth, team and resources conformity. The school is a life community, f,the high quality administration’,is the navigator who fuses the education, is the fusion educates the successful indispensable important attribute. Only has take the student needs as the center, seeks for the outlet for student’s integral development, believed that fTmy accident I inf’,the unceasing pursue am remarkable, the unceasing promotion teacher specialty, innovates the thought that by the cross specialized resources conformity, the breakthrough teaching difficult position, forever insisted that will fuse the education the ideal and give children a beautiful future.
