在師資培育過程中,教育實習乃是實習學生成為合格教師之前的必經之路, 且在實習學生的教育實習過程中,實習學校的實習輔導教師扮演著極具影響力的 角色,所以一位優秀的實習輔導教師乃是實習學生能否有效進行教育實習的重要關 鍵。由於目前實習學校在遴聘實習輔導教師的制度,尚無一套標準的指標模式可供 遵循,因此,本文主要目的乃是建構一套適切的實習輔導教師遴選指標模式。故本 文乃採取文獻探討及焦點團體訪談法,並透過與北、中、南、東等四區的學校教育 人員進行座談與意見交換,最後提出實習輔導教師遴選說明、配套措施及擬訂一套 合宜的實習輔導教師遴選指標模式,以提供往後實習學校在遴選實習輔導教師之參採。

英文摘要

During the period of teacher education, the educational practicum is the most important aspect for a student teacher. Throughout this process, the mentor of the student teacher plays the most influential role. Therefore, quality mentors are a key factor needed by student teachers if they are to effectively complete the educational practicum. Currently, there is not a standard mode of selecting indicators of mentors in mentoring schools. Thus,the aim of this paper is to construct a relevant model for selecting indicators of the mentors. The Documentary Analysis Method and Focus Group Interview were utilized in this research. Interviews were conducted with the educational staff of four different areas around Taiwan (the northern, central, southern, and eastern areas). Interviews and subsequent analysis focused on selection methods for mentors, supplementary measures, and drafting an expedient model of selecting indicators of mentors. Results have implications for mentoring schools.
