本文透過文件分析與文獻探討,用以瞭解1994年《師資培育法》後多元培育 的師資數量,現今因少子化自然減班而致的超額教師現象,以及所交織而成的師資 供需問題。經過師資供需市場的分析後,本文從教學領域師資缺額不一、教師人力 代謝偏緩、師資供需配適問題等面向的師資供需結構進行探討,最後獲致對師資培 育的五項議題進行討論。
This paper aims to understand the number of new qualified teachers, surplus teachers and supply-over-demand of teacher labor market since Teacher Education Act 1994 by document analysis and literature review. This paper analysis the structure of teacher’s supply and demand on three dimensions including teacher’s vacant positive in the nine-year compulsory curriculum, teacher force’s metabolism, and the match of teacher’s supply and demand. According this analysis, five issues are suggested to discuss in the field of teacher education.
