目的：本研究之目的在瞭解團體治療過程中，中文版雅樂姆療效因素量表之信度及效度。方法：本研究運用門診憂鬱症動力性人際關係團體心理治療資料，檢定中文版雅樂姆療效因素量表之內部信度及建構效度，同時以團體氣氛量表作為效標效度之檢測依據。
結果：中文版雅樂姆療效因素量表之內部一致性佳（ =0.81），同時有良好之折半信度（折半係數=0.79）。經由因素分析可以發現量表包含團體認同、指引、宣洩、自我覺察、人際覺察、存在、人際成長及普遍等八個主要因素。在效標效度方面，12 個雅樂姆療效因素中，共有7 個療效因素與團體投入度相關。
結論：中文版雅樂姆療效因素量表透過本研究的信效度檢定，發現此因素量表有良好的信度及效度，可以廣泛運用在團體治療之評估上。

Object: The purpose of this research was to validate the Chinese version Yalom's Therapeuticfactors.Method: We tested the internal reliability and construct validity by analyzing the data fromdynamically interpersonal group psychotherapy in the outpatient clinic. The criterionvalidity was tested with the group climate questionnaire.Result: The Chinese version Yalom's Therapeutic factors had good internal consistency with=0.81 and good split-half reliability with Guttman Split-Half Coefficient=0.79. By factoranalysis, we found 8 components including group identification, instruction, catharsis,self-awareness, interpersonal awareness, existence, interpersonal growth anduniversality. There were 7 therapeutic factors correlated with the engagement of thegroup in the 12 Yalom's therapeutic factors.Conclusion: The Chinese version Yalom's Therapeutic factors had good reliability and validity.It is appropriate to apply the tool in the evaluation of group.
