中文摘要

輪機設備中的造水機故障,無法從製造出淡水,全船的鍋爐用水、淡水系統及 人員日常用水等,在無法補充下,船舶也將無法持續的運轉,勢必影響到船舶的運 轉安全。學校教學設備中,為了起動造水機過程,必須先起動主機,等缸套水的溫 度達到80°C後,才起動造水機,利用缸套水加熱海水。因時間長久,板式熱交換器 的墊片容易老化,造水機中的真空不易建立,會影響造水機的實習教學。若能將造 水機的起動步驟及造水過程,以動態模擬來顯現,除了可省略真實的造水機外,所 有的操作過程都和現場實際操作是完全相同的。同時可由模擬操作過程,學習作動 原理及啟停造水機的正確步驟,若是操作步驟錯誤,也不影響電腦軟體程式。但實 際造水機,卻不允許錯誤操作。同學籍由動態操作過程,及錯誤過程學習當中,達 到了教學之目地,這是真實造水機操作,所無法作到的。

英文摘要

If marine equipment of fresh water generator malfunction, not producing fresh water to supply ship's boiler feed water,fresh water system and domestic water systems, ship cannot continue to operate in safe condition.In merchant ship, the main engine must be started prior to making water, such that jacket cooling water of temperature reaches 80°C to heat up sea water. Gasket of plate type heat exchanger are easy to aging, the vacuum of fresh water generator is not easy to build,which affects the teaching for fresh water generators in technical universities.
If the steps for starting fresh water generator and producing fresh water can be dynamically simulated,operations and on-site practices are exactly the same as the real fresh water generating system. Not only the operating theory can be taught, but also the right steps to start and stop fresh water generator can be practiced. If steps were wrong, no effect to computer simulation software program, but students can see the error operation they made and learn from mistakes. Such a teaching environment is not feasible when real fresh water system is used.
