中文摘要

能源的正常供應對於遠洋漁船動力而言是很重要的,由於漁船空間有限,在 進行燃料供應與轉運的管線與切換閥組往往非常接近主機與發電機,且沈澱櫃和 潔淨油櫃的位置常位於發電機正下方,容易因為人為疏失導致溢油或漏油,進而 引發機艙失火與環境污染。機艙燃油系統在驳油時需二至三名操作,同時也兼任 漁撈作業,無法全職擔任漁撈作業而降低漁撈效率。由於柴油具腐蝕性和揮發性 而減少實驗室的安全性,並且柴油專用的防爆型切換閥、轉運泵、燃油輸送管線 及燃油儲存櫃都非常昂貴,所以為了解驳油過程與建立其監控流程,因此設計水 供應與轉運系統來模擬漁船燃油供應與轉運系統,並進行數位監控。本研究的結 果可利於未來漁船機艙燃油供應與轉運系統實施數位監控,展現可靠與便利外, 更可提高漁船作業之安全性與穩定性,並降低該項工作所需人力,達到計晝性漁 撥與燃油補給目的。

英文摘要

The regular supply of the energy is very important for fishing boats’ power used in the deep ocean. The fishing boats’ space is finite that the supply and transfer of the pipeline and valve group are very close to main engine and generators. Besides, sediment tank and daily tank are installed below the generator, oil spills or overflows from the oil tank easily due to people mistake,and then it causes fire in the engine room and environmental pollution. The transfer of fuel system needs two or three persons who are fishing at the same time so as to reduce fishing efficiency. Using diesel oil reduces the security for the laboratory because of corrosion and volatility. Furthermore, diesel oil equipments including transfer pump, pipeline, value and fuel tank are very expensive. Fuel transfer process and building monitor system are very important. The supply and transfer system of water simulated for the supply and transfer of the fuel system is monitored with digitization. The results of this research can do benefit to fuel supply and transfer system in the engine room of fishing boat to implement the digital control in the future, which represents reliable and convenient. It can even improve the security and stability of the fishing boat operation, reduce the necessary manpower of this job, and achieve planned fishing and the supply purpose of the fuel.
