香港學校改進計劃?經13年已有初步成效,本研究希?銪山比較分析據以成為推動仍鏡,落 W課稅與教學輔導成效。本文採文件分析為研究方法,逭染「嘐校改進計剷』_站?訊及計?出 版之刊物、報告等文件加以分析。主袈逑成之目的為:一、探討杏港「學校改進計剷」之背玢與 發展;二、分析香港「學校改進計剷』之理據與策略;三、探討我?推動中小學課?與教學輔導 體系之背?與發展;四、分析我W推動中小學課桿與教亨輔導體系之目的及作為;五、分析香港 學校改進計劃之發展經驗對我?推?中小學課程與教嘐輔得體系之啟示。
經過分析探討後,其啟4如T:一、引入資源與人才協助嘐校發展、二、學校發展E任的角 色及得業性、三、香港中文大學、教汽統籌局與計?之間的闕迪、四、反思足?化教嘐和嘐校革 新的動力、K、發?W隊文化的經?與合作的力W、六、計?階段性的任務,累?課稈與教嗲推 動的能憊。

英文摘要

Curriculum and instruction is not only the core business, but also an important means to achieve educational goals, based on guidance teachers to implement curriculum and instruction,continuing to upgrade their teaching knowledge and ability of the target, In order to promote the concept of the ideal practice of nine- year curriculum, the Taiwan Ministry of Education has set up a ?’primary and secondary school curriculum and instruction consulting system.”
Since 1998, the development of the Chinese University of Hong Kong's overall school improvement program in the past 10 years, the project team has over 200 primary, secondary and special schools, in the form of collaboration as partership comprehensive professional support,and help schools establish self-improvement mechanism to enhance the professional competence of teachers.
According to a draw on the effectiveness of the implementation of curriculum and teaching guidance. This paper analyzes the research methods adopted to collect the "School Improvement Plan” website information, publications, reports and other documents to be analyzed. The main purposes to achieve are; First, to explore Hong Kong's "School Improvement Plan’1 in the background and development; Second, the analysis of the rationale and strategy; Third, understand primary and secondary school curriculum and instruction background and guidance system; Fourth, analysis of the promotion of primary and secondary school curriculum and instruction purposes and as a guidance system; Fifth, analysis of the Hong Kong school improvement plan to promote the development experience of Taiwan’s primary and secondary school curriculum and instruction guidance system of enlightenment.
After analysis of, the inspirations are as follows, First, the introduction of resources and talent to help schools development; Second,the role of director of school development and professional; Third, the Chinese University of Hong Kong Education and Manpower Bureau and the connection between the program; Fourth, to reflect is to optimize the power of teaching and school reform; Fifth, team play and cooperation in culture and the strength of the business; Sixth, the task of curriculum and teaching to promote as the accumulation of energy are increasing.
