本研究利用文件分析、訪談、問卷調杳、焦點丨明體座談等方法,了解各師資培 育之大學辦理高級中等以下學校及幼稚阈教師資格認定密查作業機制。首先,探討 教師資格認定及審査之法令依據;其次,了解各校作業現況,提出標準作業流程。 敁後,分析各校辦理時逍遇之間題或W難,並提出六項改善建議。
This study used documental analysis,interviewing, questionnaire survey and focus group interviewing, in order to understand the processes and documents of certification and accreditation for teachers' qualifications in primary and secondary school in Taiwan. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, this study inquired the laws and regulations that should be obeyed. Secondly, it established the standard operational procedure for applying teacher certificate, and improved these processes and documents. Thirdly, it understood the problems and difficulties of doing these tasks. According to the results of this study, there are six suggestions recommended in this article.
