英文摘要

The purpose of the study is to explore the theory, practice and reflection of teacher leadership. In Taiwan area,the research of teacher leadership focused on the classroom management in the past. However, teachers should influence students, colleagues, parents, school development, and so on. Besides, the concepts of professional learning community, distributed leadership and teacher leadership are closely linked. Finally, the study provides some suggestions and reflection to improve the implementation and research of teacher leadership.
