班級經锊教練的賁施乃是教練荇針對教師班級經營問題捉供必嫂協助、支持與 引導的_柷,iftiK过施歴程包括:邀诮合作夥伴、評估班級、捉供丨n丨艄、發展改善 方案、W施改矜策略,以及饩现、檢核與凋幣。至於,班級經夼教練的W施可提高 教師對嘐屯行為之獎勵、使用更明確與W體的獎勵、減少對璺生使丨H斥贲、減低教 室中干播U為的產生。
W後,本文亦提出未來實施與推展班級經锊教練之建議:(1)關注學生學習 成效;(2)強化夥伴協作觀念;(3)強凋教師認知改變;(4)簡化教練苡施歴 程;(5)發丨iUtW改善方案;(6)結合钳腦科技應丨fl ; (7)竹傚研究驗證效 果。

英文摘要

Coaching classroom management is one of the most important tasks for improving teacher professional quality. The main purpose of this article is to explore the concepts, implementations, researches, and implications of coaching classroom management.
Coaching classroom management is a process in which a coach provides support,guidance,and feedback on classroom behavior management for a coachee. The process of coaching classroom management includes: (1) Enrolling the teacher, (2) Assessing the classroom, (3) Providing feedback,( 3 ) Developing a menu of options,(4) Implementing intervention, (5) Monitoring, reviewing,and revising. Furthermore, the related empirical researches indicate that implementation of coaching classroom management can increase teacher’s implementation of classroom management strategies,including increased use of praise,use of behavior specific praise,and decreased use of reprimands.
Finally, we propose several suggestions for the implementation and further study respectively: ( 1 ) Focus on students' achievement,(2) Make good use of partnership principles, (3) Merge cognitive concepts of teachers, (4) Simplify the process of coaching,(5) Develop interventions, (6) Apply computer science and technology, (7) Reexamine the empirical effect of coaching classroom management.
