本研究結合了整合性科技接受使用理論模型(UTAUT)以及資訊系統期望確認模型(ECM)的觀點探討檢驗結果網路查詢系統的使用接受度及滿意度。一共有162 份有效問卷以PLS (Partial leastsquares)分析。實證結果如下:(1)「確認因子」會直接影響「知覺有用」和「滿意度」、(2)「知覺有用」、「努力期望」和「社會影響」直接影響「行為意圖」、(3)「滿意度」和「行為意圖」均對「使用行為」有正向影響、(4)「知覺有用」對「行為意圖」有正向影響但對「滿意度」卻無影響。研究結果顯示UTAUT 和ECM 的整合模型適用於測量醫院網路服務系統中的使用者行為。
This study integrated the viewpoint of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use ofTechnology (UTAUT) model as well as the Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM) to examinethe users’ acceptance levels and satisfactions about hospital web access laboratory result service. Atotal of 162 qualified responses were collected and analyzed by using partial least squares (PLS).The results of this study indicated that: (1) Confirmation factor directly affected performanceexpectancy and satisfaction. (2) Performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influencedirectly affected users' behavioral intention. (3) User behavior could be well explained bysatisfaction and behavioral intention. (4) Performance expectancy affected behavioral intentionbut not satisfaction. The results demonstrated that the integrated UTAUT and ECM model wasapplicable for measuring users’ behavior in hospital web access laboratory result systems.
