本研究以整合性科技接受使用理論(UTAUT) 觀點,探討員警以RFID 系統來修正現有巡邏勤務模式之接受度。導入RFID 系統代以傳統巡簽方式,可改進現有巡邏方式之各項缺點,並擴大巡簽資訊運用面向,因此,為瞭解員警對於新科技系統之接受行為,本研究以臺南市政府警察局員警為研究對象,在101 年5 月~6 月間發放問卷,並收集有效問卷共計131 份, 再將有效問巻以PLS (Partial LeastSquares) 及單因子變異數(One-Way ANOVA) 分析。分析結果顯示,預期績效、預期付出及促成條件等皆為科技接受行為中,對於行為意向有重要影響之關鍵變數。而員警年資(經驗)及自願性採用則對模式中多條影響關係具顯著調節作用。

英文摘要

In this study, the Integrated Technology Acceptance Theory (UTAUT) was used toexplore the police to the RFID system to fix the degree of acceptance of the existing patrolling dutymode. RFID system on behalf of traditional patrol sign, to improve the shortcomings of the existingpatrol, patrol sign and expand the use of information-oriented, therefore, to understand the policeaccepted behavior for the new technology system, the Tainan City Government Police Board memberof the police in 101 years, May to June, issuing questionnaires, and collection of questionnaires atotal of 131 copies, and then effectively questionnaires PLS (Partial Least Squares) and single factorvariation number (One-Way ANOVA) analysis. The analysis showed that the expected performance,expected to pay and enabling conditions are technology acceptance behavior, behavioral intentionshave an important impact of key variables. Police seniority (Experience) and the voluntary modeaffect the relationship with a significant regulatory role.
