本研究以問卷調查和焦點團體座談兩種方法探究臺北市、新北市和基隆市小學利用課程與教學評鑑發現之影響因素。首先,以問卷調查此三縣市2008學年接受校務評鑑之106所小學的校長、教務主任、教學組長和2位課程發展委員會委員對影響因素之知覺;接著,針對其中6所小學之前述人員,辦理6場焦點團體座談。根據問卷調查和焦點團體座談結果,本研究獲下述結論:三縣市小學之利用課程與教學評鑑發現,皆受評鑑報告明確性、評鑑設計與實施過程、學校情境脈絡、評鑑者與評鑑利用者特質等五類因素之影響,其中尤以評鑑報告明確性和評鑑設計與實施過程兩者之影響程度最高。

英文摘要

In the research, questionnaire survey and focus group interview are implemented to inquire the factors that influence the uses of curriculum and instruction evaluation findings in the elementary schools in Taipei, New Taipei, and Keelung. Firstly, the principal, the director of teaching affairs, the chief of teaching section, and two members of curriculum committee of 106 elementary schools in the three cities are surveyed on the listed items of influence factors. All the 106 schools are the objectives of schooling evaluation in 2008 school year held by the three city governments. Then, the above listed personnel of 6 schools are invited to participate as focus group for interviews on the issues of evaluation use. Based on the findings of the survey and the interviews﹐the conclusions are made as the follows: Each of the five categories of factors, including the clarity of evaluation report, the evaluation design and its’ implementation process, the features of school context, the characteristics of evaluator and evaluation user, would influence the uses of evaluation findings of curriculum and instruction by the elementary schools in the three cities. Among them, the clarity of evaluation report and the evaluation design and implementation process are more influential than the rests.
