Der Gebrauch oder Nicht-Gebrauch von Applaus sowie die Verwendung von Schlusselwortera bei den Mitarbeitem wird vergleichend auf ihren Erfolg in den Gruppenpsyc-hotherapiesitzungen untersucht. Als Ergebnis, erscheint die Verwendung von Applaus und die Verwendung von Schliisselwortem bei Mitarbeitem den Erfolg in psychotherapeutischen Gruppen positiv zu beeinflussen.
Use and non-use of positive feedback (applause) were compared to investigate the effect of applause on success (curativeness) in group psychotherapy and staffs' presentation of keyword. As a result, applause has appeared to be useful for promoting the success in group psychotherapy, and influencing the staffs' presentation of the categorization (keyword).
