中文摘要

以分子類緣與形態特徵重新鑑定寄存於食品工業發展研究所生物資源保存及研究中心之三株紅麴菌菌株,其中 BCRC 31746 及 BCRC 31747 重新鑑定為 Monascus purpureus,BCRC 32668 重新鑑定為 M.sanguineus,運用分子類緣分析有助於紅麴菌種正確之鑑定。

英文摘要

Names of three Monascus strains deposited at BCRC/FIRDI were revised based on molecular phylogeneticand morphological data. Conclusively BCRC 31746 and BCRC 31747 were identified as Monascus purpureus.BCRC 32668 was identified as Monascus sanguineus. Molecular phylogenetic analysis was bothaccurate and reliable in the identification of Monascus species.
