本研究的目的是運用模糊綜合評判法評鑑國民小學校長領導能力。首先以模糊德菲術蒐集專家對國民小學校長領導能力評鑑指標之意見及看法,以擷取取評鑑指標;其次,運用模糊層級分析法建構評鑑指標之權重體系;最後,以三位校長為例,進行校長領導能力之模糊綜合評判。 結果:評鑑出三位校長之表現良好指標、領導能力評價水準之模糊分佈及百分制表示法,並將之與傳統加權平均法作比較。研究發現模糊綜合評判法較傳統加權平均法具實用性與客觀性。

英文摘要

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the elementary school principals' leadership competence by applying the fuzzy synthetic multiple assessment method. Firstly, the researcher uses the “Fuzzy Delphi Method” to collect the experts' opinions and viewpoints on the evaluation indicators of the elementary school principals' leadership competences in order to obtain the effective evaluation indicators. Secondly, the researcher applies the “Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Proccess” to build the weight of the evaluation indicators. Finally, the author conducts the fuzzy synthetic multiple assessment of principals' leadership competence with examples from three principals. The result shows that the synthetic multiple assessment provides good indicators of the three principals' leadership competence and that fuzzy distribution and percentile system can be used to represent the level of the leadership competence. The researcher compares it with traditional weighted average method. The study demonstrates that the fuzzy synthetic multiple assessment method is more practical and objective than the traditional weighted average method.
