人生不過百年,卻有三分之一以上的時光,都在睡臥休息中度過。所謂休息是為了走更長之路,因此如何利用有益身心的伏臥睡姿,來提昇睡眠的品質,得到充份之休息, 可以使我們每天生活在清晰的知覺中,如同延長了我們的生命時間般。因此伏臥睡姿第一,能復原精氣,培養元氣,健脾益胃,堅骨強筋,改善慢性疾病血氧不足。人要是幾個晚上不睡可能會生病,但病人如能睡得一晚好覺,病情就會減輕。睡覺係一無試不驗之神藥,故優良睡眠,尤其伏臥睡姿,在健康照護中佔有舉足輕重地位。

英文摘要

The Human life is not more than one hundred years. More one third of our life is spent in sleep and rest. The purpose of sleep and rest is in order to walk longer road. Hence, how to utilized the prone position of sleep benefited body and mind, and then to elevate quality of sleep and get a thorough rest which may be clear our mind to prolong our life span. So the prone sleeping is first, it can restore the spirit, nourish the origin qi, fortify the spleen and boost the stomach, solidify the bone, reinforce the tendon and improve oxygenation of chronic diseases. If a person doesn’t sleep for several days, he may be suffered from sickness, whereas a sound sleep can improve his condition. Sleep is a magical remedy. Obviously, an excellent sleep, especially the prone position, does play a pivotal position in the science of health care.
