本文為兩例癌症病患傷口的治療，一位為感染抗藥性金黃色葡萄球菌(Oxacillin- Resistant Staphylococcus aureus)、鮑氏不動桿菌(Acinetobacter baumannii) 的直腸惡性腫瘤患者； 另一位為感染綠膿桿菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)、克雷伯氏肺炎桿菌(Klebsiella pneumonia) 的下咽梨狀竇惡性腫瘤患者。直腸惡性腫瘤患者，其迴腸造口傷口有持續滲液，周圍皮膚潰瘍範圍甚廣，且有蜂窩性組織炎現象；而下咽梨狀竇惡性腫瘤患者，氣切口周圍潰瘍傷口癒合不良，顏面下顎部及前頸部有放射性皮膚炎。照會中醫尋求協助，經評估後，分別予以處方「青珠膏」配合「黃連膏」及「蘆薈凝膠」局部使用，在中西醫結合照護下，傷口癒合收效快速。

This case report is based on two patients, one patient with rectal cancer had infected wound by Oxacillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Acinetobacter baumannii, the skin ulcer and cellulitis were found around the enterostoma. The other patient with hypopharyngeal cancer had infected wound by Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumonia, poor healing of the wound after performing tracheostomy and the radiation dermatitis in facial and lower neck area were shown. After seeking traditional Chinese medicine for assistance, we prescribed a combining topical treatment with Ching-Ju-Gau, Coptis paste, and Aloe Vera Moisturizing Gel to treat the wounds. Then, the patients’ wounds got healed rapidly under this integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Therefore, by discussion of the characteristics and syndromes of the wound of these two cases, we provided a reference of successful cases of the cancer patient with poor healing and infected wound treated by integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine .
