本文旨在探討運用組織創新概念,以提升學校效能。首先分析創新的重要性;其次,探討組織創新的意義與內涵;第三,探討組織創新與學校效能的關聯性;第四,分析學校推動組織創新的問題與困境;第五,提出運用創新以提升學校效能的實施策略;最後,則是結語。本文將學校創新內涵分為行政管理創新、學習活動創新、組織氣氛與文化創新、課程教學創新、學校環境創新與社區互動創新,強調校長應隨時保持著求變、創新的心態,採取一種突破現狀,挑戰現況的領導方式,才能提升學校效能。

英文摘要

This paper is to discuss the meaning of applying organizational innovation to promote school effectiveness. First, the paper analyzes importance of the innovation, Second, the paper analyzes basic concept of school innovation; Third section discusses the relation between organizational innovation and school effectiveness; Fourth section discusses the problems of school innovation management; Fifth section examine the implementation strategies of school innovation to promote school effectiveness; Finally, it is conclusion. The school innovation divides into five aspects: administration management innovation, learning activity innovation, atmosphere and culture innovation, curriculum and teaching innovation, school environment innovation as well as community interaction innovation. Principal should maintain attitude to change and innovation, adopts spirit of breakthrough present situation and the challenge of present management process.
