當今社會資訊爆炸、社會快速變遷,在全球化、資訊化、市場化、商品化、消費化的浪潮中,我們正處於一個混沌多元的時代,學校本位管理和教育市場化的趨勢,校長領導正面臨緊張、挫折、多元策略及願景的挑戰。 校長領導效能的高度發揮,是提升學校效能,達成教育目標的必要條件。本文先從教育領導的相關理論做論述,以瞭解其內涵,再探討360度領導者所面臨的挑戰,及對於全方位領導上的啟示,最後,提出身為高中校長應有的策略:一、見賢思齊,自我充實;二、打造領導團隊,強化領導效能;三、善用增權賦能領導,增加學校整體價值;四、轉換壓力,掌握多重角色,圓融全方位的領導。

英文摘要

In the age of the information explosion, we are currently living in a rapidly changing society. Under the impact of the waves of globalization,information, marketization, commercialization, and consumption, we are in an era of chaotic diversity. Influenced by the trends of the schoolbased management and the marketized education, the field of principal leadership is facing a lot more challenges referring to tension, frustration,multi-strategy, and vision. The effectiveness of principal leadership is the requirement for improving school efficacy and achieving educational objectives. This thesis begins with the elaboration on the related theories on educational leadership to figure out its implied meanings. Next it examines the challenges 360-degree leaders are facing and the revelation of the all-round leadership. Finally, some suggestions of appropriate strategies for high school principals are proposed—emulating former effective leaders for the practice of self-fulfillment, building a leadership team and strengthen the effectiveness of leadership, utilizing empowerment leadership to enhance school values, and releasing stress and mastering multiple roles to achieve the all-round leadership.
