本研究目的是探討臺灣地區高中職生憂鬱現況及其相關因素之研究。研究對象是隨機 選取全臺灣之曰間部二年級高中職學生,共選取80個班級。研究工具為結構式問卷,内容包 含個人背景、家庭因素、學校因素與憂鬱情形。本研究共有3047位同學填寫問卷,有效問卷 2627份(86.21%)。研究結果發現,高中職二年級學生之憂鬱平均得分為19.45分,迴歸分 析結果發現性別、父母對孩子行為了解情形、家庭型態、在校偏差行為與結交偏差同儕會與 學生之憂鬱得分有關。本研究結果可提供健康促進學校在推動校園健康氣氛與學校政策之參考。

英文摘要

The aim of this study was to investigate the depressive symptoms and associated factors of second year students at high school. The respondents were students in 80 classes which were randomly selected from national class registry. A structured questionnaire was given to each student in which consisted of individual, family, and school factors as well as depressive symptoms. A total of 3047 students agreed to fill in this survey and 2627 (86.21%) completed the questionnaire no more than 3 missing values. The results indicated that mean score of depressive symptoms was 19.45. Results from multiple regression analysis showed that gender, understanding the situation of the parents on child behavior, family type, academic performance and deviant peers were significantly associated with depressive symptoms. The findings from this study can provide evidence for mental health and factors in designing school regulation and health promoting schools.
