為了提升生活品質，許多民眾會對住家進行室內裝修。根據勞工安全研究所統計，在2003 年至2010年間發生之室內裝修重大職災中，感電災害共發生27次，其中以水電工程發生感電災 害計有14次，因此在室內裝修施工分項工程中，水電工程發生感電災害為最高。
本研究首先經由文獻回顧職災案例、法規相關資料收集，並以人、物、環境三方向建立 主要構面，以特性要因圖來探討室內裝修工程感電災害風險因子，再以專家訪談方提出預防對 策，藉以建立新檢核表，運用於實際之施工作業中，有效降低感電災害。使用新檢核表，在施 工前檢點施工場所材料、器具、設備、環境。施工中檢點，施工人員的工法及行為，發現感電 災害潛在原因加以消除，即可避免感電災害發生。另外，作者在此建議政府部門對室內裝修行 業勞工提供訓練，以加強作業安全意識，如此可有效降低職業災害的發生。

To provide good living quality, most people proceed interior decoration to improve the house. According to the statistics of the serious occupational accidents happened in interior decoration between 2003 and 2010 by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, 27 accidents were related to electrical injury, in which 14 accidents happened during water and electrical facility maintenance and installation, showing that the risk in implementation of water and electricity engineering is highest.
The main purpose of this study focused on the investigation about electrocution factors in the interior decoration construction process. that is used to establish a new check list. The new checklist is categorized into three aspects, labor, object and environment. Through the studies of literatures and interviews with professions, the risk factors are investigated, and new checklist is established for use in interior decoration construction process, which can help reducing occupational injury. In this study, the new checklist is compared with the current checklist, and the comparison result can be used for further study.
Before starting the daily work, the labor should inspect the objects and environment in accordance with the new checklist. During working, the work operation and actions of labors should be checked. Once a potential risk is observed, proper steps should be taken to eliminate the cause. Thereby, occupational injury and accident can be avoided. We suggest the concerned government authority to provide training to the labors in the industry of interior decoration to enhance work safety, that can effectively reduce occupational injury.
