中文摘要

由於高油價時代與全球經濟危機,使得台灣汽車銷售量在近年來快速萎縮,連帶影響汽車維修服務產業之業務量也隨之遞減,嚴重影響其獲利,因此,探討撤廠關鍵因素對於汽車廠與經銷商之經營具有其重要性與必要性。過去文獻大都探討設廠為主,而對於撤廠的相關研究卻付之闕如,據此,本研究透過文獻探討,進而建構雛型架構,再透過實務專家訪談,進而建構正式架構,故具有實務之參考價值。此外,本研究考量構面間或準則間或多或少具有相依性,故以網路分析程序法作為主要研究方法,進而探討與分析關鍵構面與關鍵準則。研究結果顯示,當評估撤廠時,關鍵構面為「客戶滿意」與「營運能力」,同時,關鍵準則為「獲利金額」、「營業業績」、「客戶服務的滿意度」與「回廠率」。

英文摘要

Due to the high petroleum price and the global economy crisis, sales volumes of cars in Taiwan wither quickly in recent years, and the transaction volumes of car maintenance service industry also decrease by degrees, at the same time, affect its profits critically. Therefore, discussing the key factors of withdrawing for the management of automobile shops and franchisees is important and essential. The past literatures chiefly discuss that how to site the location, but the researches about withdrawing are few. Accordingly, the study does literature review to construct the preliminary framework, and interviews the practical experts to construct the final framework. The authors think that the study has the practical reference value. There are more or less dependences among the aspects or the criteria; consequently, the study takes Analytic Network Process (ANP) as the major analytic tool to analyze the key aspects and the key criteria. The results reveal that when evaluating withdrawing, the key aspects are “customer satisfaction” and “operational capabilities”,and the key criteria are “the amount of money of earning profits”, “business achievement”, “service satisfaction we served”, and “the rate of returning to the factory”.
