過去在知識地圖的相關研究中,仍多偏向概念性的探討,而缺乏系統的實體建構與 使用者觀點進一步探索。對企業而言,理論概念的提供雖有助於理解知識地圖的内涵, 但並無法為系統建置提供明確的指引。本研究基於此,在整合相關理論觀點後,乃針對 知識地圖系統進行實體建構,並以建置成果作為業界發展與建構知識地圖系統之參考。 此外,故為驗證組織成員對此系統之接受度,本研究以科技接受模式(TAM)為理論基礎, 進一步以迴歸分析加以驗證。研究結果顯示成員的有用性、易用性認知會影響知識地圖 系統的使用態度,社會防禦則會進一步弱化使用態度對意圖的影響,唯管理機制最後則 會對使用態度與意圖帶來正向的干擾效果。

英文摘要

In the prior research of knowledge map, most studies are cline to explore the concept of theory; however, there are still few related studies to discuss the implementation of knowledge map. For business, the theoretical concept can help the managers understand the content of knowledge map, but can’t offer them a clear direction for system implementation. Based on the above discussion, by integrating the related theories, a knowledge-map system is implemented and served as a reference for academic and industry. In addition, regression analysis is also used to examine the user acceptance on the system based on technology acceptance model (TAM). The empirical result reveals that employee’s perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have significant effects on attitude towards use. Also, social defense negatively moderates the effect of attitude towards use and behavior intension; management system positively moderates the effect of attitude towards use and behavior intension.
