在網路發達的時代,人和人之間透過網路,利用知識分享的方式來學習新知識,漸 漸的這樣的學習模式組成社群,社群中成員們都肯定分享知識的價值,但多數的成員卻 鮮少扮演知識提供者的角色,因此知識分享的程度(知識流量)是影響社群的聚集或瓦解 的關鍵議題。這也將會侷限社群之發展。
本研究以複雜理論作為研究的切入觀點,探討知識分享的觀點來解釋虛擬社群的成 長或瓦解情形,以學習角度探討社群成員分享意願對於社群發展的影響,試圖找出虛擬 社群群聚效應的影響因子並且提出具體的管理意涵。實驗的方式是使用不連續事件的模 擬方法,藉由整體社群成員數、不願意分享成員的比例、容忍率等參數進行社群起始條 件之設定,並利用相似率作為社群群聚效應演化依據,最後藉由願意分享成員、不願意 分享成員平均群聚個數與整體感到不快樂比例來進行探討。
實驗結果顯示,無論哪一種類型的組織,願意分享者皆容易吸引更多的成員,使社 群呈現成長的趨勢。其中不願意分享成員比例至少達到半數的組織,則願意分享者愈容 易凝聚成較大的社群,反之,不願意分享成員比例佔少數時,則願意分享者比較不會想 要移動至其他社群而安於現狀,故呈現出較為零散狀的社群。

英文摘要

People through the Internet to share and learn for new knowledge, this learning model community, community members are certainly share the value of knowledge, but most a member of the conglomerate to play the role of knowledge provider, so the degree of knowledge sharing (knowledge flow) affect the gathering of the community or the collapse of the key issues. This will also be limited to the development of the community.
The degree in sharing knowledge will be the key issue which form or collapse communities. This will be the limitation of communities in developing. This research explores the viewpoint of knowledge sharing, and then explains the situation of a community growing of collapsing. The result shows that communities like to share knowledge and will attract more people to join. Indeed, these communities will develop well. The members who like to share will like to form a bigger community when the members who do not like to share are 50% or more in a community; on the other hand, if the members who do not like to share are less than the members who like to share, the latter would not like to join other communities and stay in original one. Thus, there are more and smaller communities in an organization.
Experimental results show that, no matter what type of organization is willing to share by key easily attract more members of the community growth trend. Which is unwilling to share the proportion of members of at least half of the organization, and are willing to share more easily condensed into the larger community, on the contrary, unwilling to share the proportion of members of the minority, and is willing to share less likely to want to move to other social group and the status quo, therefore showing more fragmented like the community.
