本病例報告探討一罕見臍尿管癌病患以氟-18去氧葡萄糖正子斷層造影發現腫瘤復發及全身多發性 轉移。病患爲50歲男性，起始出現血尿的症狀，腹部電腦斷層顯示有一位於膀胱後壁的腫瘤。在接受 腫瘤切除及膀胱部分切除手術後，病理報告證實爲臍尿管癌。病患在接受化療和放射線治療三個月 後，以腹部電腦斷層追蹤發現下腹壁有一個軟組織腫塊。之後再接受氟-18去氧葡萄糖正子斷層造影進 一步檢查，發現在下腹壁、肺部、縱膈腔、肝臟、腹腔及骨盆腔等多處異常的葡萄糖攝取，高度懷疑 臍尿管癌復發倂發全身多處遠端轉移。

We present a rare case of recurrent urachal carcinoma with multiple metastases detected by F-18 FDG PET/CT. Our case is a 50-year-old man who suffered from painless gross hematuria and the abdominal CT revealed a bladder tumor on the posterior wall. He received a bladder tumor resection, and histological examination revealed differentiated urachal adenocarcinoma. After chemotherapy and radiotherapy, the follow-up abdominal CT images disclosed a soft tissue mass on the lower abdominal wall. A PET/CT scan showed high FDG uptake in the recurrent tumor, with multiple metastases in the lungs, mediastinum, liver, abdominal, and pelvic cavities.
